What data I collect
Only what you write in the form: a description of what you need, where the property is, your name and a way to reach you. Nothing else: the site uses no profiling cookies and does not track browsing.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to manage the professional engagement. The legal basis is your consent for the first contact and pre-contractual measures for what follows (Article 6 GDPR).
Where it goes
The form is received by a script hosted on servers located in Italy, which forwards it to the practice's mailbox and does not store it. The site's pages are served through a content delivery network that serves public files and does not process your data.
For how long
If the enquiry goes no further, messages are deleted within twelve months. If an engagement follows, the data is kept for the retention periods required for professional and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Simply write to the address above. If you believe something is wrong, you can contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
